When you submit our contact form or calculator inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email, phone number and the details of your financing inquiry. Our website also records basic technical information about your visit: the page you arrived on, the page you submitted a form from, the referring website and campaign tags if you arrived from an advertisement. This information is stored with your inquiry so we can understand how clients find us. We use session based storage in your browser for this purpose. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to assess and arrange financing you ask us to work on, and to understand which parts of our website are useful. Arranging a commercial mortgage requires sharing application information with prospective lenders and insurers; we do that only as part of work you have engaged us to do.
